Osaka University has a comprehensive agreement with Microsoft Corporation to improve the efficiency of learning and the quality of the learning environment. Students, faculty and staff of the University have the right to use Microsoft products such as Windows OS and Office. They have the right to use the products not only on PCs managed by Osaka University but also on PCs owned by individuals.

Even if the latest product is released during the contract period, you can use the latest version of the product without incurring additional costs. Downgrade rights are also available to use older versions of products other than the latest version.
