1. Can’t sign in to OUMail

2. Changing or not knowing the password

The password for OUMail is the same as the one for Osaka University Personal ID. If you forget your password, contact the staff for Campus-wide IT Authentication Platform Service.
You can change your password from this website. If you change your password, it takes about an hour for the password of OUMail to be updated.


3. Not receiving messages

3-1. Messages don't reach OUMail

3-2. Messages don't reach the forwarding email address.


4. Changing multi-factor authentication options. For example, changing your phone number or device.
