For the purpose of improving the efficiency of information systems, enhancing security, and reducing costs, the Cybermedia Center is making the campus cloud private, and intends to collect and integrate servers that are currently distributed throughout campus.

The Cybermedia Center has already supported the migration of about 20 systems, which were previously monitored by their respective departments, to the campus cloud, and it is already in operation. In addition, mail services are now provided through the campus cloud, with about 20 departments and 8000 accounts having already been shifted to the cloud so far.

The Cybermedia Center is now considering construction of a hybrid cloud using a public cloud, and also an academic cloud in order to cooperate and integrate with other universities.
